I am very happy because the food and culture project I started as a dream, during such a complicated historical moment as the pandemic, is today a gratifying reality.
One year ago, a group of extraordinary people chose to believe in my work, and they have since given me their time and their support. Being able to share these moments and experiences with you is one of the most precious gifts life has given me. I want to thank you, for now I see you not as students but as friends and companions in this wonderful life journey. I am deeply grateful for your trust, you support, your constancy and, above all, your friendship. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Such a special occasion for Un Bocado de Historia calls for a big celebration, so we will have a big surprise for you very soon.
